AI messages are only counted when our assistant replies. Chats answered by Meta Business Agent don’t use your allowance. WhatsApp/Meta fees are billed by Meta separately.
The public allowance is enforced by AI tokens. Message counts are approximate, based on typical assistant usage, so actual volume can vary with conversation complexity.
When Meta answers, that volume isn’t counted against your AI message allowance. Your plan still limits how many numbers you can publish.
Knowledge search, Booking, Catalog answers, and Lead Capture are included platform skills. Custom HTTP skills are configured separately inside the assistant tooling.
